ANA AIMM (Alliance for Inclusive and Multicultural Marketing) is the leading voice in multicultural and inclusive marketing and DEIB, powered by a collective of industry leaders, advancing actionable change to drive business growth and equity for all in our diverse marketplace. Designed as a membership-based alliance, AIMM brings together senior level leaders from the entire marketing ecosystem; brands, media, research, trade organizations, and Multicultural and General Market agencies, representing diverse segments, including Hispanic, African American, Asian American, LGBTQ+, People with Disabilities, Native American and Indigenous Peoples, and Aging consumers.  We strive to maintain a balanced representation of 50% client-side marketers and 50% rest of the ecosystem. AIMM will accept new members based on availability for all categories.
