Mission Statement:

Devon Christopher Johnson and Rhonesha Byng, both media platform founders, owners and operators, came together to unify diverse-owned media. Their mission is to enable growth and self-agency for more Black-owned media owners, through ecosystem development, education and economic empowerment, while holding the world’s largest advertisers accountable in their commitments to foster diversity in their workforce, inclusive operating practices, and minority-owned supplier representation.

Unique Point of Difference:

Unlike many platforms that angled to include or represent diverse-owned media, but did not deliver as promised back to the community, nor sustained the effort themselves – we help brands discover diverse publishers and execute dynamic campaigns to reach incremental, unique audiences through trusted, representative voices. We will always put diverse-owned media platforms at the core of our efforts, and continue fighting to remove barriers for inclusive investment.

Now more than ever, inclusive investment needs to be synonymous with incremental performance for brand partners. Through unique industry partnerships and our own technology, we distribute campaign investment to participating publishers based on the BOMESI Scale, which enables emerging publishers to generate more significant net revenue. Advertisers can leverage our platform for direct investment in diverse communities, or they can leverage our data and custom bidding tools for targeting and optimization toward inclusive investment outcomes across other omnichannel supply paths.

We believe an unbiased marketplace connecting sellers with curated inventory via last-hand sellers of record is a model that will unlock sustained, large-scale investment growth in diverse-owned media.
