Diya TV was born out of the need for representation, the need to tell our stories, told by us, and ready to be shared with the world! South Asians have been migrating and contributing to the American quilt for over 100 years. Diya TV aims to bear witness to the past, present and future of this American story
Unique Point of Difference:
The Indian American community is the most affluent, most educated multicultural group in America. While the Indian American/South Asian population is barely under 2% of the American population but has a combined disposable income of $88B and an annual buying power of $20B. South Asian Americans are also entrepreneurs, employing 5 million workers in the US. They are the fastest growing multicultural segment in the country, and marketers need to use different approaches to reach them.
